Terra Foods
About the Project
Terra had spent a decade supplying restaurants and wanted to sell directly for the first time. That meant translating a trade reputation into something a home cook would recognise and trust within seconds.

The Challenge
Wholesale buyers care about consistency and price. Consumers care about story and provenance. Terra had no consumer-facing material at all, and their margins left little room for a long, expensive brand-building runway.
The Solution
We built a storefront that treats sourcing as the product. Each item links to the farm it came from, with an origin film shot across three harvests providing the emotional anchor. Subscription mechanics were designed around how people actually cook rather than around what was easiest to bill.
What We Delivered
E-Commerce Design & Build
A storefront optimised for repeat purchase rather than first-time conversion, with a subscription flow that lets customers skip, swap, and pause without contacting support.
Brand Film
Shot across three harvests over eight months, cut into one long-form origin film and a series of short pieces used across paid and organic channels.
Results & Impact
Direct Revenue Growth
Subscription Retention at 6 Months
First-Year D2C Revenue
Harvests Documented
They think like strategists and execute like artists. Our launch film alone generated two million organic views, and the store has outgrown the wholesale side of the business.
