The Al Bayan signature page taught us something uncomfortable: a portfolio where every project shares one template quietly argues that every project got the same thought. So we rebuilt the engine. Signature projects get fully bespoke worlds — their own palette, type, and motion DNA. Everything else runs through a block system that inherits the same standards without the same cost.
The CMS doesn't replace craft. It removes friction so craft can happen more often.
This journal is part of the same system. Process writing deepens the project pages; project pages send readers here. Nothing on this site is a dead end anymore — every page bridges to the next world.
